Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, limoncello, and sugar.
  2. Add flour, eggs, baking powder, and mint. Stir well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
