- 12 oz mozzarella cheese sticks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.
- Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry cheese sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix marinara sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve mozzarella sticks with creamy dip.
