Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
  4. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Toss the tofu in the oil mixture until well coated.
  6. Spread the tofu on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
