Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salmon.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of side.

- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
- Adjust the sweetness by modifying the honey amount.
