Instructions
- Place meatballs in the crock pot.
- Add broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
