A flavorful crock pot dish featuring London broil and ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds London broil
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crock pot.
- Put the London broil on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the London broil.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Remove the meat and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with the sauce from the crock pot.

- Use a meat thermometer for best results.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
