Ingredients

  • 2 pounds London broil
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the London broil with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Put the London broil on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the ranch mixture over the London broil.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  7. Remove the meat and let it rest before slicing.
  8. Serve with the sauce from the crock pot.
