- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 jar pizza sauce (low carb)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the meat to the crock pot.
- Add pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
