  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. Add wine, beef broth, mushrooms, onion, carrots, bay leaf, and thyme.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
