Description

A creamy and flavorful dish made with chicken, garlic, and parmesan, cooked slowly in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add minced garlic and chicken broth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  7. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and mix well.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
