  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour green chile enchilada sauce over chicken.
  3. Add black beans and corn to the pot.
  4. Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
