Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen cheese ravioli (25 oz)
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers: marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella.
  7. Finish with a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through and cheeses are melted.

Notes

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Feel free to use meat ravioli for a heartier version.
  • Allow the lasagna to sit for 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
