Description

A delicious and easy-to-make veggie pizza casserole using a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pizza sauce, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, olives, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
