- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef
- 1/4 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
Instructions
- Warm the tortilla in a pan.
- Spread refried beans in the center.
- Add seasoned ground beef on top.
- Layer shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Top with sour cream and taco sauce.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling.
- Cook in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
