Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, chicken broth, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until thickened.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken.
- You can substitute vegetables as per your preference.
- For a creamier texture, add more milk.
