- 6 oz pork shoulder, cooked and shredded
- 6 oz ham, sliced
- 4 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 large hoagie roll
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or panini press.
- Spread yellow mustard on the inside of the hoagie roll.
- Layer the shredded pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles inside the roll.
- Close the sandwich and spread butter on the outside.
- Grill the sandwich for about 5-7 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
