Description

Cuban sliders are small sandwiches packed with flavor. They feature ham, pork, cheese, and pickles on soft rolls.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 1 pound roasted pork, sliced
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half, keeping them connected.
  3. Spread mustard on the inside of the rolls.
  4. Layer ham, pork, cheese, and pickles on the bottom half.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder.
  7. Wrap the sliders in foil and place them in the oven.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
