Description
A refreshing appetizer made with cucumber and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with extra dill if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh dill for the best flavor.
- These can be prepared a few hours in advance.
