Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add the sliced peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the grill.
- Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer to check chicken is cooked to 165°F.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
