Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Add the sliced peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the grill.
  6. Grill the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove chicken and vegetables from the grill.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables before serving.
