A creamy and flavorful egg salad perfect for sandwiches.
Ingredients

			- 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon mustard
 - 1/4 cup chopped celery
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
 - Cool the eggs and peel them.
 - Chop the eggs into small pieces.
 - In a bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and green onions.
 - Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
