This delightful no bake banana split cheesecake combines the flavors of banana, chocolate, and vanilla in a creamy dessert.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ½ cup pineapple chunks, drained
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Layer with sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and chocolate syrup.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with more chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Chill overnight for best results.
- Can substitute with gluten-free graham crackers if needed.
