A creamy and flavorful macaroni salad inspired by deviled eggs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar.
- Add the cooled macaroni, celery, and onion. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.

- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add chopped pickles for extra flavor.
