Description
A creamy and flavorful pasta salad inspired by deviled eggs.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and pickle relish.
- Add the chopped eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl.
- Combine the macaroni with the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Add chopped herbs for extra flavor.
