Description
A tasty and creamy pasta salad inspired by deviled eggs.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, green onions, and celery to the bowl.
- Mix in the cooled macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add pickles or relish for extra flavor.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
