Description

A delicious twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich with dill pickles.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 46 dill pickle slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
  4. Layer dill pickles over the cheese.
  5. Add the second slice of cheese on top of the pickles.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, then flip carefully.
  8. Cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.

  • Use your favorite type of cheese.
  • Adjust pickle amount based on your taste.
  • Serve with a side of chips or salad.
