Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced pickles, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and garlic powder.
  3. Add cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
