Description
A refreshing and tangy pasta salad featuring dill pickles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine diced pickles, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and garlic powder.
- Add cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust pickle juice to taste.
- Can add cooked chicken for protein.
