Dragon Chicken is a spicy and flavorful dish made with chicken and a blend of sauces.
Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3–4 green chilies, slit
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and cornflour for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and green chilies.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and serve hot.

- Adjust chili sauce for spice level.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- You can add vegetables of your choice.
