Dragon Chicken is a spicy and flavorful dish made with chicken and a blend of sauces.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger-garlic paste, and cornflour for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until tender.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.

- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
