Description
Easter crack is a sweet and salty dessert made with crackers, caramel, and chocolate.

- 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring until it bubbles.
- Pour the caramel over the saltine crackers evenly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Let the chocolate melt for a few minutes, then spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, then break into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can use any type of chocolate chips.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
