A simple recipe for delicious ranch flavored baked potatoes topped with cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry.
- Prick each potato with a fork several times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit in each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix inside each potato.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions on top.
- Adjust the amount of ranch seasoning to your taste.
- You can use other types of cheese if desired.
