A simple recipe for delicious ranch flavored baked potatoes topped with cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry.
  3. Prick each potato with a fork several times.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Cut a slit in each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  8. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix inside each potato.
  9. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  10. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
