Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
  4. Layer another sheet on top and brush with butter again.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the dough.
  6. Place the apple mixture along one edge of the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly around the filling.
  8. Place the strudel on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before slicing and serving.
