Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Push the chicken to one side and scramble the eggs on the other side.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and rice to the pan.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  6. Add green onions, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve hot.
