A delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon roll coffee cake perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
