Description
Crispy egg rolls filled with crab cake mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can bake instead of frying for a healthier option.
