- 4 croissants
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon or sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the bottom half of the croissant on a baking sheet.
- Add a slice of cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon or sausage on top.
- Cover with the top half of the croissant.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
