Ingredients

- 1 package frozen potstickers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any combination of vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- For extra flavor, add sesame seeds before serving.
