A simple recipe for stuffed bell peppers filled with rice, ground meat, and spices.

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use any color of bell peppers.
- Substitute ground beef with turkey or beans for a different flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
