Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  8. Top with shredded cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
