A simple and delicious white chicken chili recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Can be topped with cilantro or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
