Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggnog, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Add bread cubes and stir until well coated.
  4. If using, fold in raisins.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
