A festive dessert combining eggnog and bread for a delightful treat.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of bread cubes
- 2 cups of eggnog
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine eggnog, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add bread cubes and stir until well coated.
- If using, fold in raisins.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
- Adjust spices to taste.
