- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- For a stronger eggnog flavor, increase the eggnog quantity slightly.
