Instructions

  3. In another bowl, combine eggnog, sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
