A warm and creamy oatmeal flavored with eggnog spices.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, and eggnog.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let sit for a minute.
- Serve warm, topped with additional nutmeg if desired.
Notes
- Use non-dairy milk for a vegan version.
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or nuts.
