Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 2 tablespoons rum or bourbon

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
  3. Mix in eggnog, rum, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, scoop small amounts and roll into balls.
  6. Roll each truffle in crushed graham crackers.
  7. Place truffles on a baking sheet and chill until firm.
