Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 2 tablespoons rum or bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Mix in eggnog, rum, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, scoop small amounts and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in crushed graham crackers.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and chill until firm.
