Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with half of the tomatillo sauce and chopped onions.

  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  6. Cover with the remaining tomatillo sauce.
  7. Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
