- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup green tomatillo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with half of the tomatillo sauce and chopped onions.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Cover with the remaining tomatillo sauce.
- Spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
- Use corn or flour tortillas based on your preference.
