Description
Fattoush salad is a refreshing Middle Eastern salad made with mixed greens and crispy pita bread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- Salt to taste
- 2 large pita breads
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut pita bread into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
- Toast pita in the oven for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, parsley, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, and salt.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Add crispy pita on top just before serving.

- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of sumac to taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
