Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until flaky.
- In a bowl, layer rice, cabbage, corn, and cooked fish.
- Add diced avocado and cilantro on top.
- Drizzle with lime juice and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
