A delicious shrimp pie inspired by Florida’s coastal flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a bowl, mix cream, eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the shrimp mixture with the cream mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad.
- Can substitute shrimp with crab meat.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
