Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
  7. Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
