Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add flour and stir until combined. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Slowly whisk in the milk. Cook until thickened.
  6. Add all four cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
  8. Spoon the mixture into muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  10. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
