Delicious and creamy macaroni cups with four types of cheese.

- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir until combined. Cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in the milk. Cook until thickened.
- Add all four cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Use any combination of cheese you like.
- For a crispy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top before baking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
