- 4 large onions, thinly sliced

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
- Stir in beef broth, cream, and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and drain.
- Combine gnocchi with the onion mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with Gruyere and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
