- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can French onion soup
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in French onion soup and beef broth.
- Add uncooked rice and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and cover with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
